Senior UX/UI Designer

At CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, we’re committed to delivering high-quality digital products. We are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to help create seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for our clients.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer creating both web and mobile interfaces, including analysis work, prototyping, hypothesis testing, user testing, and UX review activities.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Excellent skills in Figma and understanding of all of its features.
• Strong communication skills, competent and clear speech, clear formation of thoughts.
• Strong estimation and risk mitigation skills, efficiency in self-management.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

Strong graphic design skills, understanding of colour theory, typography, ability to create icons, and work with both raster and vector graphics.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and user experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

• Create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iteratively improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and effective implementation.
• Work closely with the product team to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
