We are currently looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will help our team transform marketing data into actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and support strategic decision-making across multiple digital channels.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Basic SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Build dashboards and automated performance reports.
- Analyze user behavior and customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels.
- Work with GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the marketing team.
- Monitor tracking implementation and data quality.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, SMM, CRM, and content specialists.
- Prepare recommendations to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Participate in testing, measuring, and evaluating new marketing initiatives.
