We are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist who understands how customer journeys, automation workflows, and data-driven communication contribute to business growth. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing customer experiences through technology and marketing automation.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar platforms

Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies

Experience creating automated email and lead nurturing workflows

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data

Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement tactics

Experience working with marketing and sales teams

Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows

Develop customer segmentation strategies

Create lead nurturing and retention campaigns

Monitor customer lifecycle metrics and campaign performance

Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams

Improve lead qualification and handoff processes

Maintain CRM data quality and reporting systems
