We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies and ensure their successful implementation across various channels and platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in developing and executing digital strategies for diverse businesses and industries

  • Possesses a deep understanding of SEO, social media paid advertising, content marketing, UX/UI, and analytics

  • Is skilled in analyzing the market, competitors, and audiences, setting goals and KPIs, and creating effective action plans

  • Is proficient in modern digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems, etc.)

  • Has the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (marketers, designers, developers)

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex ideas in simple terms

  • Is committed to continuous self-improvement, staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies

  • Has an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, social media paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), content and UX strategies

  • Experience with analytical tools and reporting

  • Ability to work with a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • High analytical abilities, creativity, and a proactive approach

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with clients' business goals

  • Analyze the market, target audience, competitors, and identify key growth opportunities

  • Coordinate the efforts of SEO, content, advertising, and UX/UI teams to ensure synergy across marketing campaigns

  • Set KPIs, monitor results, and optimize strategies based on analytics

  • Provide recommendations for budgeting and promotion channels

  • Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal teams

  • Continuously track new trends, technologies, and methods in digital marketing
