We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist who understands user behaviour and knows how to improve conversion performance through testing, analysis, and structured experimentation.

You are analytical, curious, and user-focused. You enjoy digging into data, identifying friction points, and testing hypotheses that lead to measurable improvements. You understand that CRO is not about design preferences, but about business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimisation, or performance analytics
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work with analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Strong communication skills and structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with marketing, design, or development teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyse websites and landing pages to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Develop and prioritize CRO hypotheses based on data and user behaviour
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement test variations
- Monitor test results and evaluate impact on conversion rate, revenue, and user engagement
- Prepare clear reports with insights and optimisation recommendations
- Continuously improve conversion performance across campaigns and funnels
