- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Can translate client goals into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams
- Organised: comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Understands digital marketing basics (SEO/PPC/social/content) enough to coordinate work
- Confident with reporting summaries and presenting results in a clear way
Requirements:
- Has 2+ years of experience in account management / client success (agency experience is a plus)
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (preferred)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day communication with clients: align expectations, timelines, and next steps
- Collect requirements, clarify goals, and prepare structured briefs for teams
- Coordinate delivery across specialists (SEO, PPC, design, content) to keep work on track
- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively remove blockers
- Prepare regular updates and client-ready summaries with action points
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain consistent workflows and documentation
- Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements based on feedback and performance
