  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Can translate client goals into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams
  • Organised: comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Understands digital marketing basics (SEO/PPC/social/content) enough to coordinate work
  • Confident with reporting summaries and presenting results in a clear way

Requirements:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in account management / client success (agency experience is a plus)
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (preferred)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day communication with clients: align expectations, timelines, and next steps
  • Collect requirements, clarify goals, and prepare structured briefs for teams
  • Coordinate delivery across specialists (SEO, PPC, design, content) to keep work on track
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively remove blockers
  • Prepare regular updates and client-ready summaries with action points
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain consistent workflows and documentation
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements based on feedback and performance
